研究目的：

（1）研究银屑病合并代谢综合征的发病情况，揭示银屑病合并代谢综合征的流行病学新特征及关键危险因素及构建预测模型。 （2）阐明新疆地区银屑病合并代谢综合征的患病率，更新新疆银屑病患病情况，为全国银屑病数据库增添新疆地区数据，寻求新的干预措施，控制关键致病危险因素，为疾病的预防和控制提供依据和策略，避免疾病复发，节约医疗资源。 （3）对患者进行长期、规律、规范随访，并促进患者的自我健康管理，以期改善患者预后、提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Study the incidence of psoriasis combined with metabolic syndrome, reveal the new epidemiological characteristics and key risk factors of psoriasis combined with metabolic syndrome, and construct a predictive model. (2) Elucidate the prevalence of psoriasis combined with metabolic syndrome in Xinjiang, update the prevalence of psoriasis in Xinjiang, add data from Xinjiang to the national psoriasis database, seek new intervention measures, control key pathogenic risk factors, provide basis and strategies for disease prevention and control, avoid disease recurrence, and save medical resources. (3) Long term, regular, and standardized follow-up should be conducted on patients to promote their self-management of their health, in order to improve their prognosis and enhance their quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄6-80岁（含上下限）［以签署知情同意书（ICF）当天为准］的男性或女性患者； 2. 体重≥50 kg，BMI值为25kg/m2以上； 3. 基线期中或重度斑块型银屑病患者，定义如下：BSA≥10%、PASI≥12且sPGA评分≥3； 4. 符合代谢综合征诊断标准(中华医学会糖尿病学分会《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）)：①腹型肥胖：女性腰围＞85cm，男性腰围>90cm；②高血糖：空腹血糖≧6.1mmol／L或糖负荷后2h血糖≧7.8mmol／L和（或）已确诊为糖尿病并治疗者；③高血压：血压≧130／85mmHg和（或）已确认为高血压并治疗者；④空腹甘油三酯（TG）≧1.70mmol/L；⑤空腹HDL-C胆固醇＜1.04mmol／L。以上标准中具备3项或3项以上者即可诊断； 5. 若育龄妇女，则应非孕期或哺乳期； 6. 患者必须能与研究者良好沟通并遵守研究的要求，并签署书面知情同意。 7. 患者必须自愿并能完成研究程序和随访检查。

Inclusion criteria

Male or female patients aged 6-80 years (including upper and lower limits) (based on the day of signing the informed consent form (ICF)); 2. Weight ≥ 50 kg, BMI value above 25 kg/m2; 3. Patients with moderate or severe plaque psoriasis in the baseline period are defined as follows: BSA ≥ 10%, PASI ≥ 12, and sPGA score ≥ 3; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome (Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes in China (2020 Edition), diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association): ① Abdominal obesity: female waist circumference>85cm, male waist circumference>90cm; ② Hyperglycemia: fasting blood glucose ≥ 6.1mmol/L or blood glucose ≥ 7.8mmol/L 2h after glucose load and/or those who have been diagnosed with diabetes and treated; ③ Hypertension: blood pressure ≥ 130/85mmHg and/or those who have been confirmed with hypertension and treated; ④ fasting triglyceride (TG) ≥ 1.70mmol/L; ⑤ fasting HDL-C cholesterol<1.04mmol/L. Those with 3 or more of the above criteria can be diagnosed; If it is a woman of childbearing age, she should not be pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. Patients must be able to communicate well with researchers and comply with the requirements of the study, and sign written informed consent. 7. Patients must voluntarily and be able to complete the research procedures and follow-up examinations.

排除标准：

1. 筛选或基线时，患有慢性斑块型之外的其他型银屑病（比如脓疱型、红皮病型和点滴状银屑病）； 2. 基线时为药物性银屑病（即β阻滞剂、钙通道抑制剂或锂引起的新发银屑病或银屑病加重）； 3. 患有可能影响银屑病临床评估的其它活动性皮肤疾病或皮肤感染（细菌、真菌或病毒）； 4. 存在精神异常或视力、听力障碍等妨碍问卷调查正常进行的因素； 5. 知情同意过程中拒绝参加或无法配合完成血液和粪便留取。

Exclusion criteria：

When screening or baseline, patients with psoriasis other than chronic plaque type (such as pustular, erythrodermic, and drip psoriasis); 2. At baseline, it is drug-induced psoriasis (i.e. new onset or exacerbation of psoriasis caused by beta blockers, calcium channel inhibitors, or lithium); 3. Suffering from other active skin diseases or skin infections (bacteria, fungi, or viruses) that may affect the clinical evaluation of psoriasis; 4. There are factors such as mental abnormalities or visual or hearing impairments that hinder the normal conduct of the questionnaire survey; 5. Refusal to participate or inability to cooperate in completing blood and stool collection during the informed consent process.
