研究目的：

构建基于时机理论的PICC置管患者的健康教育方案，并初步探讨其对PICC置管患者PICC自我管理能力、导管相关并发症的干预效果，为PICC置管患者的健康教育提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Developing a health education program for patients with PICC based on the Timing It Right Theory, and preliminarily exploring its intervention effects on the self-management capacity of patients with PICC and the prevention of catheter-related complications, to provide a reference for the health education of patients with PICC.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经病理学确诊为肿瘤患者； （2）年龄≥18周岁； （3）首次置入PICC； （4）听读认知良好，知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed as tumor by pathology; (2) Age ≥18 years old; (3) PICC; was placed for the first time; (4) Good listening and reading knowledge and informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并有严重心脏、肝脏及肾脏衰竭者； （2）合并其他恶性肿瘤； （3）生活自理能力分级为重度依赖患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney failure; (2) Combined with other malignant tumors; (3) The ability of self-care is classified as severely dependent patients.

对照组患者予常规健康教育，包括在围置管期详细介绍PICC有关知识，出院时做好指导工作，如导管维护方法及自我管理等，同时发放健康手册，嘱其认真学习，出院后电话随访教育和指导。
