研究目的：

（1）验证色氨酸代谢相关基因的表达差异：通过定量PCR（qPCR）技术，验证在冠心病患者中，与色氨酸代谢相关的基因（如ALDH7A1、CAT、CBS、CD79A、CYP1A2等）的表达与健康对照者是否有统计学差异。 （2） 探索潜在的分子机制：分析这些色氨酸代谢相关基因的表达差异，以揭示其在冠心病的发生和进展中的潜在分子机制。 （3）评估临床应用价值：通过研究色氨酸代谢相关基因在冠心病中的表达模式，评估其作为潜在诊断标志物和治疗靶点的临床应用价值，为冠心病的早期检测和精准治疗提供新的思路和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)Validation of Differential Expression of Tryptophan Metabolism-Related Genes: Using quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology, this study validates whether the expression of tryptophan metabolism-related genes (e.g., ALDH7A1, CAT, CBS, CD79A, CYP1A2) in patients with coronary heart disease shows statistically significant differences compared to healthy controls. (2)Exploration of Potential Molecular Mechanisms: By analyzing the differential expression of these tryptophan metabolism-related genes, we aim to uncover potential molecular mechanisms involved in the onset and progression of coronary heart disease. (3)Evaluation of Clinical Application Value: Investigating the expression patterns of tryptophan metabolism-related genes in coronary heart disease, this study assesses their potential as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets, providing new insights and evidence for early detection and precision treatment of coronary heart disease.

纳入标准：

病例组（冠心病患者）： 1. 确诊为冠心病的患者，诊断依据包括但不限于临床症状、心电图变化、冠状动脉造影等。 2. 年龄在18-75岁之间。 3. 具有较好的生活自理能力和沟通能力。 4. 自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书。 对照组（健康志愿者）： 1. 年龄在18-75岁之间。 2. 无冠心病及其他重大健康问题，经过体检和健康评估确认健康状态良好。 3. 具有较好的生活自理能力和沟通能力。 4. 自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Case Group (Patients with Coronary Heart Disease): Patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease, with diagnostic criteria including but not limited to clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram changes, and coronary angiography. Aged between 18 and 75 years. Possess good self-care abilities and communication skills. Willing to participate in the study and have signed informed consent. Control Group (Healthy Volunteers): Aged between 18 and 75 years. Free from coronary heart disease and other major health conditions, confirmed to be in good health through medical examination and health assessment. Possess good self-care abilities and communication skills. Willing to participate in the study and have signed informed consent.

排除标准：

病例组： 1. 近期（6个月内）有其他严重系统性疾病（如癌症、严重感染等）。 2. 有严重的慢性疾病或并发症（如终末期肾病、肝功能衰竭等）。 3. 怀孕或哺乳期女性。 4. 近期（6个月内）接受过心脏外科手术或其他可能影响基因表达的重大医疗干预。 5. 无法遵循研究方案或无法提供有效的样本。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for Case Group: 1.Presence of other severe systemic diseases within the past six months (e.g., cancer, severe infections). 2.Suffering from severe chronic diseases or complications (e.g., end-stage renal disease, liver failure). 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 4.Recent (within six months) cardiac surgery or other major medical interventions that may affect gene expression. 5.Inability to comply with the study protocol or failure to provide valid samples.
