研究目的：

建立正常胎儿胰腺大小及回声的参考值，并分析妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）对胎儿胰腺的影响，探讨胎儿胰腺的超声表现与母体血糖水平的关系，评估超声检查在GDM早期诊断和预防中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish reference values for the size and echogenicity of the normal fetal pancreas and to analyze the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on the fetal pancreas, to explore the relationship between the ultrasonographic manifestations of the fetal pancreas and maternal glucose levels, and to assess the role of ultrasonography in the early diagnosis and prevention of GDM.

纳入标准：

孕妇月经规律且末次月经时间明确，经过连续的产前检查校准孕周，单胎，胎儿无畸形，正常妊娠结局等。

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women with regular and well-defined last menstrual periods, calibrated gestational weeks after consecutive prenatal visits, singleton births, no fetal malformations, and normal pregnancy outcomes.

排除标准：

孕妇有其他合并症，如高血压、心脏病等，或胎儿有畸形等。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women with other comorbidities, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, etc., or malformations in the fetus.
