研究目的：

1.构建 PERMA 模式信息化性健康管理平台； 2.探讨该平台对宫颈癌患者性健康的影响； 3.为我国癌症患者性健康管理模式的制定提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To construct PERMA model information sexual health management platform; 2.To explore the impact of the platform on sexual health of cervical cancer patients; 3.It provides reference for the formulation of sexual health management model of cancer patients in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 根据 FIGO 标准诊断为 IA1～IIA2 期宫颈癌；
2. 年龄为18～50 岁；
3. 拟行根治性子宫切除术；
4. 能熟练使用微信者；
5. 自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the international union of obstetrics and gynecology (FIGO) standard diagnosis of stage IA1 - IIA2 cervical cancer;
2. Aged 18 to 50 years;
3. Radical hysterectomy is planned;
4. Proficient in using wechat;
5. Patients volunteer to participate.

排除标准：

1. 精神障碍或认知障碍者；
2. 合并心脑血管疾病或其他肿瘤等因素影响性生活者；
3. 既往有性心理或性功能障碍者；
4. 肿瘤复发者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental disorder or cognitive impairment;
2. Complications of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other tumor and other factors affecting sexual life;
3. People with previous psychosexual or sexual dysfunction;
4. Tumor recurrence.
