研究目的：

探讨脓毒症患者并发脓毒症相关性脑病的流行病学特点,分析其危险因素及构建预测模型，为临床早期识别SAE患者及改善患者临床结局提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the epidemiological characteristics of sepsis associated encephalopathy in patients with sepsis, analyzing its risk factors, and constructing predictive models, providing a basis for early clinical identification of SAE patients and improving their clinical outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合2016年脓毒症与感染性休克定义国际共识（脓毒症3.0）诊断标准[91]； （2）临床资料完整； （3）多次收住的患者，仅收集符合条件的首次临床资料。

Inclusion criteria

(1) In line with the 2016 International Consensus on definitions of sepsis and septic Shock (Sepsis 3.0) diagnostic criteria [91]; (2) Complete clinical data; (3) For patients admitted multiple times, only the first qualified clinical data were collected.

排除标准：

影响神经功能的各种原因，包括药物作用、代谢紊乱、原发性中枢疾病（脑膜炎、脑炎、脑血管病变、癫痫等）及非感染性全身炎症反应等

Exclusion criteria：

Various causes affecting neurological function, including drug action, metabolic disorders, primary central diseases (meningitis, encephalitis, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, etc.) and non-infectious systemic inflammation
