研究目的:

CSAISR技术是利用采集的数据,实现的基于k空间的图像重建,在图像重建过程中,可以选择不同的重建模式,例如:是否开启AI、是否开启AI同时开启SR卷积神经网络。因此,通过一次扫描就可以重建出3组图像,即基于CSAISR重建的图像、基于CSAI重建的图像以及基于CS重建的图像。 垂体的动态增强(dynamic contrast-enhanced,DCE)扫描是检测垂体微腺瘤的关键扫描序列,因此,我们将CSAISR技术应用在DCE扫描中,尝试将扫描层厚由传统的3mm减小到1.5mm,通过1次扫描,重建得到3组重建图像,即1.5mm-CSAISR组,1.5mm-CSAI组和1.5mm-CS组,探究1.5mm DCE垂体MRI的可能性。此外,我们基于1.5mm-CSAISR组图像,重建出3mm-CSAISR组图像,比较两者的诊断效能从而探究1.5mm垂体DCE MRI能否有效提高垂体微腺瘤的检出率。 1.对1.5mm-CSAISR组,1.5mm-CSAI组和1.5mm-CS组的图像进行分析,包括定量分析和定性分析,并进行差异性分析; 2.在本研究中,对于垂体微腺瘤的诊断,以患者临床症状、实验室激素水平检查、既往影像资料以及术后病理报告相结合的多项联合方法,作为诊断标准分析1.5mm-CSAISR组图像和3mm-CSAISR组图像的诊断效能(主要目的)。  

Objectives of Study:

CSAISR technology uses the collected data to realize image reconstruction based on K-space. In the process of image reconstruction, different reconstruction modes can be selected, such as whether to turn on AI, whether to turn on AI and turn on SR convolutional neural network at the same time. Therefore, three sets of images can be reconstructed through a single scan, namely the CSAISR reconstructed image, the CSAI reconstructed image, and the CS reconstructed image. dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) scanning of pituitary gland is a key scanning sequence for detecting pituitary microadenoma. Therefore, we applied CSAISR technology in DCE scanning, trying to reduce the scanning layer thickness from the traditional 3mm to 1.5mm. Three groups of reconstructed images were obtained, namely 1.5mm-CSAISR group, 1.5mm-CSAI group and 1.5mm-CS group, to explore the possibility of 1.5mm DCE pituitary MRI. In addition, based on the images of the 1.5mm-CSAISR group, we reconstructed the images of the 3mm-CSAISR group, and compared the diagnostic efficiency of the two, so as to explore whether the 1.5mm pituitary DCE MRI can effectively improve the detection rate of pituitary microadenoma. 1. The images of 1.5mm-CSAISR group, 1.5mm-CSAI group and 1.5mm-CS group were analyzed, including quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, and the difference analysis was carried out; 2. In this study, for the diagnosis of pituitary microadenoma, the diagnostic efficacy of the images in the 1.5mm-CSAISR group and the 3mm-CSAISR group was analyzed by a combination of clinical symptoms, laboratory hormone examination, previous imaging data and postoperative pathological reports as diagnostic criteria (main purpose).

Inclusion criteria

① Outpatient or inpatient patients suspected of pituitary microadenoma in our hospital; ② Voluntarily undergo MRI pituitary examination of the project.

排除标准:

①存在MRI扫描禁忌症;②扫描过程中无法坚持扫描或要求终止扫描。

Exclusion criteria:

① There are contraindications to MRI scanning; Cannot insist on scanning or request to stop scanning during scanning.
