研究目的：

探究KA-TKA术后患者早期功能预后及满意度的影响因素并开发相应的nomogram预测模型，以帮助指导临床决策及患者心理预期。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the factors influencing early functional prognosis and satisfaction of patients after KA-TKA and develop a corresponding nomogram prediction model to help guide clinical decision-making and patients' psychological expectations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在2024年09月至2026年01月期间于福建省立医院行初次单侧KA- TKA手术的患者； 2.有完整的病历资料，包括术前和术后影像学资料。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients who underwent initial unilateral KA- TKA surgery at Fujian Provincial Hospital between 09/2024 and 01/2026; 2. patients with complete medical records, including preoperative and postoperative imaging data.

排除标准：

1.术后随访时间少于3个月； 2.术后3个月内发生与KA-TKA手术相关的并发症，如假体周围感染、假体周围骨折、伤口愈合延迟、伤口不愈合等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. less than 3 months of postoperative follow-up; 2. complications related to KA-TKA surgery, such as periprosthetic infection, periprosthetic fracture, delayed wound healing, and non-healing wounds within 3 months after surgery.
