研究目的:

基于发作间期SEEG融合多模态影像学数据,通过特征提取、结构-功能连接计算及各项参数贡献度分析等,实现EZ精准定位,并与临床案例结合,通过深度学习,不断优化和构建智能定位模型。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on interictal SEEG fused with multimodal imaging data, we achieve precise localization of epileptogenic zones (EZ) through feature extraction, structural-functional connectivity calculations, and parameter contribution analysis. By integrating this with clinical cases and utilizing deep learning, we continuously optimize and construct an intelligent localization model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①入组时年龄为3岁及以上; ②确诊为局灶性癫痫(2017年国际抗癫痫联盟癫痫诊断及分类标准); ③经SEEG确定1处,且仅有1处致痫灶; ④已采取外科治疗(电极引导下热凝毁损术、病灶切除术); ⑤签署知情同意书。 ⑥未成年人需得到监护人同意。

Inclusion criteria

①Age of 3 years or older at the time of enrollment; ②Diagnosed with focal epilepsy (according to the 2017 International League Against Epilepsy criteria for epilepsy diagnosis and classification);; ③Identified 1 epileptogenic zone via SEEG, and only 1 such zone; ④Surgical treatment has been performed (electrode-guided thermal coagulation or lesionectomy); ⑤Signed informed consent form.

排除标准:

①术中或术后出现严重并发症,如感染、出血; ②先天性或继发性颅脑结构不完整; ③严重精神疾病史; ④未控制的严重代谢性疾病; ⑤无法完成随访。

Exclusion criteria:

①Severe complications during or after surgery, such as infection or bleeding; ②Congenital or secondary incomplete cranial structures; ③History of severe mental illness; ④Uncontrolled severe metabolic diseases; ⑤Unable to complete follow-up.
