(2) Analyze and compare the impact of different interventions on vaccine confidence and delayed vaccine uptake among the study subjects. (3) Analyze the cost-effectiveness of different intervention measures (4) Explore the mechanism of "pay-it-forward" mode

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在15-18周岁之间；② 就读于研究现场辖区内高中；③从未接种过任何HPV疫苗；

Inclusion criteria

①Aged between 15 and 18 years old. ②Attending a high school within the research site's jurisdiction. ③Has never received any HPV vaccines.

排除标准：

①有疫苗接种禁忌症；②有既往疫苗接种过敏史；③患有经临床医生诊断不宜接种疫苗的其他疾病；④自己（满18周岁）或法定监护人（未满18周岁）无法签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

①Contraindications to vaccination. ②History of allergic reactions to previous vaccinations. ③Diagnosis by a clinical physician of other conditions unsuitable for vaccination. ④Unable to sign the informed consent form themselves (if over 18 years old) or by a legal guardian (if under 18 years old
