研究目的：

研究胃肠道间质瘤的双能CT量化指标与临床病理指标以及危险度分层的相关性，建立基于双能 CT 的 GIST 危险度评估方法。同时通过进一步对GIST手术患者及免疫治疗患者进行随访，研究双能CT量化指标对于GIST患者术后无复发生存期、免疫治疗后无进展生存期及总生存期的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the correlation between quantitative dual-energy CT features and clinicopathologic features as well as risk stratification of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors, and to establish a dual-energy CT index based on CT and establish a dual-energy CT-based GIST The risk assessment method based on dual-energy CT was established. Meanwhile, the predictive value of dual-energy CT quantitative features for recurrence-free survival after surgery, progression-free survival after immunotherapy and overall survival of GIST patients will be investigated through further follow-up of GIST surgical patients and immunotherapy patients.

纳入标准：

1.既往临床病史或影像学检查提示疑似胃肠道间质瘤，且未曾接受过相关免疫治疗及胃肠道间质瘤手术的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with previous clinical history or imaging suggestive of gastrointestinal stromal tumors who have not received relevant immunotherapy or surgery.

排除标准：

1.基线双能 CT 检查后 1 个月内未接受穿刺或手术病理检查，或病理检查证实不是 GIST；
2.基线双能 CT 检查图像质量不佳或扫描范围未完整覆盖整个肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1.No puncture or surgical pathology within 1 month of baseline dual-energy CT, or pathology confirmed not to be GIST;
2.Poor image quality or incomplete coverage of the entire tumor on baseline dual-energy CT examinations;
