To explore the effect of intraoperative mean actual variability on acute renal injury after partial nephrectomy

纳入标准：

1. 年龄＞18岁 2. 计划接受肾部分切除术的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 18 years old 2.Patients planning to undergo partial nephrectomy

排除标准：

1.单肾患者 2.单侧或双侧肾脏有两个或两个以上肿瘤的患者 3.无术前和术后血清Cr和eGFR数值的患者 4急诊手术

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with single kidney 2. Patients with two or more tumors in one or both kidneys 3. Patients without preoperative and postoperative serum Cr and eGFR values 4. Emergency Surgery
