研究目的：

1.观察并评估心脏手术患者在TEE引导下放置肺动脉导管困难的可行性。 2.观察并评估无创左房充盈压与肺动脉导管所测压力的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe and evaluate the feasibility of placing pulmonary artery catheters under TEE guidance in patients undergoing cardiac surgery. 2. Observe and evaluate the correlation between non-invasive left atrial filling pressure and pressure measured by pulmonary artery catheterization.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行心脏直视手术的患者； 2.性别不限； 3.年龄18-80岁； 4.ASA分级II-IV级； 5.体重指数<28 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective open heart surgery; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Aged between 18 and 80 years old; 4. ASA grades II-IV; 5. Body mass index<28kg/m2.

排除标准：

1.感染性心内膜炎（三尖瓣或肺动脉瓣心内膜炎）； 2.右心肿块（肿瘤、血栓或血栓）； 3.严重酸血症（pH <7. 10;相对） ； 4.左束支传导阻滞 ； 5.经静脉起搏导线通过静脉在右心脏中导线； 6.三尖瓣或肺动脉瓣感染性心内膜炎； 7.严重三尖瓣或肺动脉瓣狭窄； 8.任何增加穿孔风险的情况（如心脏极度扩张、心房或心室变薄） 9.存在放置食道探头禁忌症（如1.食管穿孔、撕裂伤 2.食管狭窄 3.食管肿瘤 4.食管憩室 6.活动性上消化道出血）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infective endocarditis (tricuspid valve or pulmonary valve endocarditis); 2. Right heart mass (tumor, thrombus or thrombus); 3. Severe acidosis (pH<7 10; Relative); 4. Left bundle branch block; 5. Transvenous pacing lead is led through the vein in the right heart; 6. tricuspid valve or pulmonary valve infective endocarditis; 7. Severe tricuspid or pulmonary valve stenosis; 8. Any situation that increases the risk of perforation (such as extreme cardiac dilation, thinning of atria or ventricles) 9. There are contraindications for placing esophageal probes (such as 1. esophageal perforation, tear injury, 2. esophageal stenosis, 3. esophageal tumor, 4. esophageal diverticulum, 6. active upper gastrointestinal bleeding)
