以16S rDNA高通量测序的技术方法，分析胆囊切除术对患者肠道微生态的影响，并发现与胆囊切除术后综合征有关的肠道微生物，并阐明其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the technical method of the 16S RDNA high -throughput sequencing, the effect of gallbladder slicing on the patient's intestinal micro -ecological is analyzed, and the intestinal microorganisms related to the syndrome related to the gallbladder were found, and the mechanism of its role was clarified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄40-80岁，男女均可； 2. BMI在18-30之间； 3. 符合腹腔镜下胆囊切除术指征。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 40-80 years old, both men and women are available; 2. BMI between 18-30; 3. Have indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

排除标准：

1. 孕期或哺乳期妇女； 2. 近1月内采用抗生素或益生菌制剂治疗; 3. 其他研究者认为不适合参加的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 2. Antibiotics or probiotics treatment within 1 month; 3. Other conditions that researchers consider not suitable for this study.
