以白米饭为基准,评估青稞杂粮饭的餐后血糖影响、感官属性和食欲反应。  

Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the glycemic impact, sensory attributes, and appetite response of highland barley-multigrain rice compared to white rice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄18-50岁,BMI在18.5-25kg/m^2之间; (2)能够耐受至少8小时的禁食;

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged between 18 and 50 years and having a normal BMI between 18.5 and 25kg/m^2; (2) Capable of tolerating at least 8 hours of fasting.

排除标准:

(1)患有任何代谢性疾病(如糖尿病、高血压); (2)正在服用任何已知可影响糖耐量和食物消化的药物(如糖皮质激素、甲状腺激素和噻嗪类利尿剂等); (3)对研究中使用的食物原料(葡萄糖、青稞、白米、糙米、燕麦、玉米粒、荞麦)有过敏史; (4)怀孕或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Suffering from any metabolic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension); (2) Taking any medications known to affect glucose tolerance and digestion (such as glucocorticoids, thyroid hormones and thiazide diuretics); (3) History of food allergy to ingredients (glucose, highland barley, white rice, brown rice, oat, corn grit and buckwheat) used in study; (4) Ppregnant or breastfeeding.
