研究目的：

对膝关节外侧盘状半月板术后患者进行术后功能评估，并对其进行髋、膝、踝进行功能性测试，并明确影响术后功能的功能性因素，为后期康复方案的制定提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Postoperative function assessment was performed for patients with lateral knee disc meniscus surgery, and functional tests were performed on their hips, knees and ankles, and functional factors affecting postoperative function were identified to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of rehabilitation programs in the later stage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选择近五年来在我院骨科就诊经膝关节磁共振检查（MRI）诊断为单纯性膝关节外侧盘状半月板撕裂同时经手术确诊，并在膝关节镜下行膝半月板成型手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

We selected the patients who were diagnosed with simple lateral disc meniscus tear of knee joint by magnetic resonance examination (MRI) in the orthopedics department of our hospital in the past five years and confirmed by surgery, and underwent knee meniscus molding surgery under knee arthroscopy.

排除标准：

合并III度以上软骨损伤、下肢神经损伤，合并内侧半月板损伤、内外侧副韧带、前后交叉韧带损伤患者，合并显著扁平足患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with more than grade III cartilage injury, lower limb nerve injury, medial meniscus injury, medial and lateral collateral ligaments injury, anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments injury, patients with significant flat feet.

邀请术后五年内在我院行单纯性膝关节外侧盘状半月板同时经术中确诊，并行关节镜下半月板成型手术患者来我院进行一次随访，随访时完成量表评估、影像学检查，肌力评定及动静态足底压力分析

Group：

Patients who underwent simple lateral disk meniscus of knee joint and were diagnosed intraoperatively and underwent arthroscopic meniscus molding surgery were invited to our hospital for a follow-up within 5 years after surgery. During the follow-up, scale evaluation, imaging examination, muscle strength evaluation and dynamic and static plantar pressure analysis were completed(YNMT)
