研究目的：

通过全外显子基因测序技术对经过临床诊断后病因仍不明确的低钾血症患者进行分子诊断，探索其病因及病种构成，获得单基因致病型低钾血症患病率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the etiology and composition of clinically unexplained hypokalemia through molecular diagnosis using whole exon sequencing and obtain the diagnostic yield of monogenic hypokalemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

确定的低钾血症（超过两次以上出现低血钾症状时血钾<3.5mmol/L或者不伴低钾血症症状但连续三次以上血钾<3.5mmol/L）；低钾血症家族史。

Inclusion criteria

Confirmed hypokalemia (serum potassium levels of <3.5 mmol/L accompanied with symptoms of hypokalemia for more than twice or more than three times consecutive serum potassium levels less than 3.5 mmol/L without symptoms of hypokalemia); positive family history of hypokalemia.

排除标准：

由于继发因素导致的低钾血症，例如胃肠道病变导致的慢性呕吐或腹泻、慢性肾脏病、肾动脉狭窄、原发性醛固酮增多症、库欣综合征、嗜铬细胞瘤、糖尿病酮症酸中毒及药物导致的低血钾等。

Exclusion criteria：

Hypokalemia due to secondary factors, such as chronic vomiting or diarrhea caused by gastrointestinal lesions, chronic kidney disease, renal artery stenosis, primary aldosteronism, Cushing syndrome, pheochromocytoma, diabetic ketoacidosis, and drug-induced potassium loss.
