研究目的：

对比退热贴和冰袋在下颌智齿拔除术后的应用效果，优化下颌智齿拔除术后护理方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the effect of antipyretic patch and ice pack in mandibular wisdom tooth extraction, optimizing the nursing method after mandibular wisdom tooth extraction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

口腔内存在中低位部分骨埋伏或高位部分骨埋伏下颌智齿的患者（患者30岁以内，智齿均需去骨拔除），术区及周围颌面部皮肤无破损；患者无认知功能障碍，能正确表达主观感受；患者及其家属均已知情该研究的相关内容、目的、方法等，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

In the patients with mandibular wisdom teeth in the oral cavity ambushed by the lower part of the bone or the upper part of the bone (patients under 30 years old, wisdom teeth need to be bone-removed), the operative area and the surrounding maxillofacial skin were not damaged. The patient had no cognitive dysfunction and could correctly express subjective feelings. The patients and their families have been informed of the relevant content, purpose and method of this study, and voluntarily participated in this study.
