研究目的：

1. 第一部分回顾性研究：统计术前已行冠状动脉检查并实施了胸、腹、大血管等非心脏手术患者术后MINS的发生率、术后心血管并发症和死亡率。并根据冠脉病变、术前存在的病理生理改变和围术期的影响因素进行风险因素分层，分析可能导致心血管并发症的高风险因素。为将来行非心脏手术患者围术期心肌损伤提供预警和心脏保护依据。 2. 第二部分前瞻性队列研究：将术前行胸、腹部、大血管及骨科等较大型手术的年长患者根究冠脉检查结果分为冠脉正常和冠脉异常组，围术期动态监测cTnI和BNP，以评估冠状动脉病变对围术期MINS的发生率和心脏不良事件的影响，并进行风险分层，为非心脏手术患者围术期心脏保护提供参考和临床依据  

Objectives of Study：

1. Part One Retrospective Study: Statistics on the incidence of postoperative minimal ischemic stroke (MINS), postoperative cardiovascular complications, and mortality in patients who have undergone preoperative coronary artery examination and non cardiac surgeries such as chest, abdominal, and major vessel surgeries. And based on coronary artery disease, preoperative pathological and physiological changes, and perioperative influencing factors, risk factors were stratified to analyze high-risk factors that may lead to cardiovascular complications. To provide early warning and cardiac protection basis for perioperative myocardial injury in patients undergoing non cardiac surgery in the future. 2. Part 2 Prospective cohort study: Elderly patients who underwent major surgeries such as chest, abdominal, vascular, and orthopedic procedures before surgery were divided into normal and abnormal coronary artery groups based on coronary artery examination results. During the perioperative period, cTnI and BNP were dynamically monitored to evaluate the impact of coronary artery disease on the incidence of perioperative MINS and adverse cardiac events, and risk stratification was performed to provide reference and clinical basis for perioperative cardiac protection in non cardiac surgery patients

纳入标准：

1. ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级 2. 术前已行冠脉CTA或冠脉造影检查， 3. 行胸、腹部等非心脏手术且手术时间大于1小时。 4. 年龄>55岁

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA Level I-III 2. Coronary CTA or coronary angiography examination has been performed before surgery, 3. Perform non cardiac surgeries such as chest and abdomen, with a surgery time greater than 1 hour. 4. Age>55 years old

排除标准：

1. 术前已存在失代偿性心衰，严重心绞痛、急性心梗，不稳定冠脉综合征。 2. 临床资料不完整 3. 有沟通交流障碍，精神疾患者 4. 电话随访困难或无法随访、失访的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative decompensated heart failure, severe angina, acute myocardial infarction, and unstable coronary syndrome are present. 2. Incomplete clinical data 3. Patients with communication barriers and mental illnesses 4. Patients who have difficulty or are unable to follow up or are lost in telephone follow-up
