研究目的：

1. 优化全程健康管理模式确保患者能得到及时专业的管理，提高治疗依从性，降低医疗风险，从而保障治疗效果； 2.制定个性化患者随访计划，包括安全用药评估、不良反应处理、营养管理、康复指导等，进一步提升专科医疗质量； 3.避免患者预约挂号、缴费等繁琐环节，优化服务流程，改善患者就医体验。提高患者满意度； 4.建立患者随访数据库，实施信息化随访工作，解决患者随访问题。同时数据采集及相关因素分析，便于指导临床诊治及科研教学工作开展，提高临床科研水平。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Optimize the whole-process health management mode to ensure that patients can get timely and professional management, improve treatment compliance, reduce medical risks, and ensure treatment effects; 2. Develop personalized patient follow-up plans, including safe drug use assessment, adverse reaction management, nutrition management, rehabilitation guidance, etc., to further improve the quality of specialized medical care; 3. Avoid complicated links such as appointment registration and payment, optimize service process and improve patient medical experience. Improve patient satisfaction; 4. Establish patient follow-up database, implement information follow-up work, and solve patient follow-up problems. At the same time, data collection and related factors analysis are convenient to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment, scientific research and teaching work, and improve the level of clinical research.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.1.1 有意愿参加慢乙肝肝硬化伴结节全程健康管理队列研究，并愿意签署知情同意书。 1.1.2 发现HBsAg阳性超过6个月以上。 1.1.3 初治或经治患者均可。 1.1.4 有影像学报告证明肝硬化伴结节。

Inclusion criteria

1.1.1 Willing to participate in chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis with nodules throughout the health management cohort study, and willing to sign the informed consent. 1.1.2 HBsAg positive has been found for more than 6 months. 1.1.3 Patients can be treated at first or after treatment. 1.1.4 There are imaging reports of cirrhosis with nodules.

排除标准：

1.2.1 无影像学报告证明为肝硬化伴结节的患者。 1.2.2 依从性差 1.2.3 研究者认为不适合参加的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.2.1 Patients with cirrhosis and nodules without imaging reports. 1.2.2 Poor compliance 1.2.3 Patients deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator;
