研究目的:

(1)评估跨诊断干预方案在改善儿童青少年行为激活、持续性思考、情绪调节困难等方面的有效性。 (2)探究跨诊断干预方案对缓解焦虑抑郁症状的作用机制。 (3)评估该干预方案在我国学校环境下实施的可行性。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To evaluate the effectiveness of transdiagnostic interventions in improving behavioral activation, persistent thinking, and emotional regulation difficulties in children and adolescents. (2) To explore the mechanism of transdiagnostic intervention in alleviating anxiety and depression symptoms. (3) To evaluate the feasibility of the transdiagnostic intervention in the school environment in China.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)3-9年级学生,年龄在9至15岁之间; (2)流行病学研究中心抑郁症量表修订版(CESD-R)总分≥16分被认为存在抑郁风险,或在儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)总分≥25分被认为存在焦虑风险; (3)具备正常的语言沟通能力; (4)儿童青少年及其照顾者提供知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Students in grades 3-9, aged between 9 and 15; (2) A total score of ≥ 16 points on the Depression Scale Revised by the Center for Epidemiology Research was considered to be at risk of depression, or a total score of ≥ 25 on the Screening Form for Anxiety Disorder in Children (SCARED) was considered to be at risk of anxiety; (3) Have normal language communication skills; (4) Informed consent provided by children and adolescents and their caregivers.

排除标准:

(1)需要紧急医疗干预的严重精神病理状况; (2)存在高危的自杀风险(例如,近期有自杀意图或计划或行为); (3)除常规治疗外,目前正在接受其他的心理健康治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Severe psychopathological conditions requiring urgent medical intervention; (2) be at high risk of suicide (e.g., recent suicidal intent or plans or behaviors); (3) Currently receiving other mental health treatment in addition to conventional treatment.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

在本次研究中所有收集的原始数据由专人管理,保证对被试隐私的保密,其他项目组成员均不得接触被试的个人信息。研究将建立3-5人的数据监察委员会,成员为北京师范大学社会学院与政管学院的教授和博士生,对数据进行分析评价,确保试验的完整性和可信度。数据监察委员会在研究前商讨审阅本次研究的试验方案、统计分析计划、研究问卷和知情同意书等重要文件。保证生成的数据准确、及时和完整,每次测量完成后将问卷放置于专门的档案袋中,由委员会专人负责保管。 数据收集完成后,研究团队人员运用Epidata或Excel软件建立数据库,将数据进行录入。在数据录入时,采用抽取一定比例的问卷进行重复录入,并进行核对比较,不一致的地方对照原始数据进行修改。在对数据库进行操作时记录相关内容和人员。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

In this study, all the original data collected will be managed by special personnel to ensure the confidentiality of the privacy of the subjects, and other project team members are not allowed to contact the personal information of the subjects. The research will establish a data monitoring committee of three to five members, including professors and doctoral students from the School of Social Development and Public Policy at Beijing Normal University, to analyze and evaluate the data to ensure the integrity and credibility of the experiment. The Data Monitoring Committee discussed and reviewed important documents such as the trial protocol, statistical analysis plan, study questionnaire and informed consent prior to the study. To ensure that the generated data is accurate, timely and complete, the questionnaire will be placed in a special archive after each measurement, and the committee is responsible for keeping it. After data collection, the research team used Epidata or Excel software to establish a database and input the data. During data entry, a certain proportion of questionnaires were extracted for repeated entry, and then checked and compared. Inconsistencies were modified against the original data. Record the relevant content and people when operating on the database.
