研究目的：

本研究拟通过观察性病例系列研究，评估无钛筒设计种植体支持全牙弓氧化锆修复体的临床结局，尝试探究影响临床应用效果的风险因素及临床应用要点，为临床应用选择提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the clinical outcomes of complete arch fixed implant-supported zirconia prostheses without titanium cylinders, trying to explore the risk factors and key clinical application points that affect the effectiveness of the clinical application, and to provide a basic acknowledge for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年满 18 周岁 （2）牙列缺失患者，使用无钛筒设计种植体支持全牙弓氧化锆修复体修复。 （3）终修复时间大于6个月 （4）患者能够理解并积极配合诊疗过程，愿意接受临床及影像学检查。 （5）口腔卫生状况良好。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Over 18 years old (2) Complete arch fixed implant-supported zirconia prosthesis without titanium cylinders was applicated; (3) The restoration time should be more than 6 months (4) Patients were willing to complete the clinical and radiograph testsprocess, and is willing to undergo clinical and imaging examinations. (5) The oral hygiene condition is good.

排除标准：

（1）怀孕或妊娠期 （2）免疫功能缺陷患者，包括HIV感染患者 （3）头颈部放化疗史，或静脉使用双膦酸盐史 （4）种植区有良性或恶性肿瘤 （5）严重骨质缺陷性疾病如重度骨质疏松 （6）患者不愿意接受临床随访

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnancy or immediate plans for pregnancy, (2) Patients with immune dysfunction, including HIV infected patients; (3) History of intravenous use of bisphosphonates, or history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in head and neck region (4) Having benign or malignant tumors in the implantation area (5) Metabolic bone disease such as severe osteoporosis (6) Unwilling to participate in the present study.
