研究目的：

1.探讨SARS-Cov-2感染后行胸外科手术治疗对患者术后肺部并发症及预后的影响 2.探讨SARS-Cov-2感染后不同手术时机对行胸外科手术治疗的患者术后肺部并发症的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the effect of thoracic surgery after SARS-Cov-2 infection on postoperative pulmonary complications in patients 2.To explore the effect of different timing of surgery after SARS-Cov-2 infection on postoperative pulmonary complications in patients undergoing thoracic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1.18岁及以上，择期接受胸科手术。 2. 包括2022年1月1日至2022年2月28日择期接受胸科手术且未感染新冠病毒的患者，及2023年1月1日至2023年2月28日择期接受胸科手术且曾感染新冠病毒的患者。 3. 手术类型包括接受肺部肿瘤、消化系统肿瘤及纵膈肿瘤手术。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and above, undergoing elective thoracic surgery. 2. Patients who underwent elective thoracic surgery from January 1, 2022 to February 28, 2022 and were not infected with the new coronavirus, and patients who underwent elective thoracic surgery from January 1, 2023 to February 28, 2023 and were infected with the new coronavirus. 3. The types of surgery included surgery for lung tumors, digestive system tumors, and mediastinal tumors.

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.年龄小于18岁。 2.急诊手术 3.不完全记录的病例。 4.进行内镜胸腔交感神经切除术的患者。 5. 患有严重的其他系统疾病且无法耐受手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age less than 18 years 2. Patients undergoing emergency thoracic surgery. 3.Patients with incomplete perioperative medical record information 4.Patients undergoing endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy. 5.Patients with severe comorbidities that contraindicate surgery.
