Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effects of using compound calcium and vitamin D supplements on height and bone health in adolescent children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄12-13周岁；
2.监护人及受试儿童能够配合干预、调查与随访，神志清楚；
3.监护人及受试儿童书面签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 12-13 years old (including 12 and 13 years old);
2.Guardians and children are able to cooperate with intervention, investigation, and follow-up, and have clear consciousness;
3.Guardians and children are able to sign informed consent;

排除标准：

1.正在服用其他钙和维生素D补充剂者，服用其他含矿物质补充剂者；
2.患有任何已知免疫缺陷病和影响生长发育疾病的儿童，如代谢性疾病、甲状腺功能减退、生长激素功能障碍、肾功能损伤等；
3.正在服用已知影响骨矿物质代谢的药物（如激素、利尿剂或抗癫痫药物）；
4.吸烟的儿童；
5.已经参加了其他的临床试验；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who are taking other calcium and vitamin D supplements, and those who are taking other mineral supplements;
2.Children with any known immunodeficiency disease and growth and development disorders, such as metabolic disorders, hypothyroidism, growth hormone dysfunction, renal dysfunction, etc;
3.Currently taking drugs known to affect bone mineral metabolism (such as hormones, diuretics, or antiepileptic drugs);
4.Children who smoke;
5.Children who have already participated in other clinical trials;
