研究目的：

将本研究构建的老年创伤患者急诊预检分诊方案应用在急诊老年创伤患者分诊中，探讨老年创伤患者急诊预检分诊方案的应用效果及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To apply the emergency pre-examination and triage scheme for elderly trauma patients constructed in this study to the emergency triage of elderly trauma patients, and to explore the application effect and feasibility of the emergency pre-examination and triage scheme for elderly trauma patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）主诉创伤且起病时间小于48小时 （2）年龄≥60岁的创伤患者 （3）知情同意，愿意参加本研究

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients complained of trauma and the onset time was less than 48 hours (2) trauma patients aged 60 years or older (3) Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study

排除标准：

（1）院外转入的已明确诊断的患者 （2）本人无法自诉病情且无人代诉病情

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients transferred from outside the hospital with definite diagnosis (2) The patient was unable to self report their condition and there was no one to represent them

Emergency triage nurses were given a unified triage training for elderly trauma patients, so that triage nurses could be familiar with the triage scheme of this study. The elderly trauma triage scheme constructed in the early stage of this study was made into paper materials and placed on the triage table. Emergency triage nurses triage elderly trauma patients who came to the emergency department according to the scheme rules
