研究目的：

精神分裂症、双相障碍及抑郁症均是常见精神疾病，复发率高且所致疾病负担重，但目前对于疾病的辅助诊断仍缺少客观工具。眼功能成像分析技术是无创、便捷的检测手段，可通过检测及分析视网膜特征的变化，辅助诊断常见精神疾病。  

Objectives of Study：

Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and depression are common mental diseases with high recurrence rates and heavy burdens, but there is still a lack of objective tools for auxiliary diagnosis of these diseases. Eye functional imaging analysis technology is a non-invasive and convenient means to detect and analyze the changes of retinal characteristics to assist in the diagnosis of theses common mental diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 18-35 岁，性别不限，汉族；（2）门诊或住院患者；（3）不同组别患者分别符合 DSM-5 相应诊断标准；（4）精神分裂症组患者 PANSS≤70 分；双相患者为抑郁发作期，HAMD≥17 分；抑郁症患者 HAMD≥17 分；（5）所有被试均初中及以上文化程度， 无语言交流障碍；（6）非盲人、无色盲；（7）能配合完成多模态眼功能成像检查；（8）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-35 years old, gender unlimited, Han nationality; (2) Outpatient or inpatient patients; (3) The patients in different groups met the corresponding diagnostic criteria of DSM-5; (4) PANSS≤70 in patients of schizophrenia;HAMD≥17 in patients of bipolar disorder depressive episode;HAMD≥17 in patients of major depressive disorder; (5) All subjects had junior high school education or above, and had no communication barrier; (6) non-blind and non-colorblind; (7) can cooperate to complete the multimodal eye functional imaging inspection; (8) signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1: ? 罹患糖尿病、高血压、动脉硬化、甲状腺疾病、神经退行性疾病等疾病的患者 2: ? 眼部病变患者

Exclusion criteria：

1: ? Patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, thyroid disease, neurodegenerative diseases, etc 2: ? Patients with ocular diseases
