研究目的：

探讨颅内动脉瘤术后患者疾病感知、药物信念和用药依从性之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlations among illness perceptions, medication beliefs and medication adherence in patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）接受颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞手术≤1年的患者； （2）神志清醒能够正常交流沟通。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who received interventional surgery for intracranial aneurysm ≤1 year; (2) lucid and able to communicate normally.

排除标准：

（1）已停止使用抗血小板药物的患者； （2）意识障碍（嗜睡、昏睡、昏迷、意识模糊、谵妄、去皮质综合征、无动性缄默症、植物状态)的患者，骨折、帕金森、精神异常者； （3）生命体征不稳定的急危重症患者； （4）拒绝参与调查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have stopped taking antiplatelet drugs; (2) Patients with disorders of consciousness (drowsiness, lethargy, coma, confusion of consciousness, delirium, decorticization syndrome, inactive mutism, vegetative state), fractures, Parkinson's disease, mental abnormalities; (3) critically ill patients with unstable vital signs; (4) Patients who refused to participate in the survey.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究使用了2024年9月以后在四川大学华西医院介入诊疗中心接受手术的颅内动脉瘤患者的数据。数据采集及管理均使用Excel表格进行。

This study used data from patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent surgery at the Interventional Radiology Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University since January 2024. Data collection and management were carried out in Excel.
