通过多组学测序绘制慢病脓毒症人群的免疫时空图谱,揭示慢病脓毒症的复杂病理机制  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study was to map the immune spatio-temporal profile of a population with chronic disease sepsis by multi-omics sequencing and to reveal the complex pathological mechanisms of chronic disease sepsis

纳入标准:

1.入ICU后怀疑脓毒症的患者;

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with suspected sepsis after ICU admission;

排除标准:

1.年龄<18岁或>80岁;
2.不符合Sepsis 3.0诊断标准;
3.免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染;
4.患者在前4周内接受过化疗或放疗;
5.患者在器官移植术后接受过免疫抑制剂治疗;
6.患者在6周前有长期使用糖皮质激素史或4周内使用过糖皮质激素;
7.处于怀孕或哺乳期;
8.预期寿命短于24小时;
9.拒绝签署知情同意书或依从性差;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Age <18 or >80 years;
2.Do not meet Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria;
3.HIV infected patients;
4.Patient received chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the previous 4 weeks;
5.Patient received immunosuppressive therapy after organ transplantation;
6.Patient had a history of prolonged glucocorticoid use before 6 weeks or administered glucocorticoids within 4 weeks;
7.Patient is pregnant or breastfeeding;
8.Patient life expectancy less than 24 hours;
9.Refusal to sign informed consent or poor compliance;

每次标本采集后,分离出血浆和外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),存于-80℃冰箱,运用多组学技术开展转录组学、血浆微量蛋白和代谢组学等研究。

After each specimen collection, plasma and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) will be isolated and stored in a -80°C refrigerator to carry out studies such as transcriptomics, plasma microproteins and metabolomics using multi-omics techniques.
