研究目的：

在关节腔内持续灌注吲哚菁绿（ICG）染料溶液的条件下，采用荧光关节镜技术来诊断半月板和软骨损伤时，是否能够观察到到相应的荧光信号。  

Objectives of Study：

Under the condition of continuous indocyanine green (ICG) dye solution perfusion into the joint cavity, whether the corresponding fluorescence signal can be observed when the fluorescence arthroscopy is used to diagnose the meniscus and cartilage injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前MRI检查确诊为半月板撕裂合并膝关节软骨损伤;2.单侧半月板撕裂伤合并膝关节软骨损伤;3.采用关节镜手术治疗;4.病例资料完整;5.患者自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Preoperative MRI examination confirmed meniscus tear combined with knee cartilage injury; ② Unilateral meniscus laceration combined with knee cartilage injury; ③ Arthroscopic surgery was performed; (4) Complete case data; ⑤ Patients sign informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.退行性半月板损伤者; 2.膝关节关节软骨退行性变者；3.合并风湿性关节炎或类风湿关节炎者; 4.合并韧带损伤者; 5.合并膝关节内骨折者; 6.合并糖尿病及其他代谢性疾病者; 7.合并精神类疾病者; 8.合并严重的心脑血管疾病或肝肾功能障碍者;9.对吲哚箐绿（ICG）等造影剂过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with degenerative meniscus injury; 2. Degenerative changes of articular cartilage of knee joint; 3. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis; 4. Patients with combined ligament injury; 5. Patients with internal fracture of knee joint; 6. Patients with diabetes and other metabolic diseases; 7. Patients with mental illness; 8. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or liver and kidney dysfunction; 9. People who are allergic to contrast agents such as Indoline green (ICG).
