研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过前瞻性队列研究，针对门脉高压TIPS术后患者建立HE发生的预测模型，并提出针对不同风险患者的分层管理策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to establish a predictive model for HE occurrence in patients after portal hypertension TIPS through a prospective cohort study, and to propose stratified management strategies for patients with different risks.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄：18-65岁； ② 经临床证实为肝硬化门脉高压症预行 TIPS手术患者；③ 自愿签署知情同意书入组本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 18-65 years old; ② Patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension who were clinically confirmed to undergo TIPS surgery; (3) Voluntarily sign informed consent to be enrolled in this study.

排除标准：

① 中重度肺动脉高压；② 终末期肝病评分（MELD评分）>18分或 Child-Pugh评分>13分；③严重右心衰；④ 肝脏弥漫性恶性肿瘤；⑤ 多囊肝；⑥ 胆道梗阻；⑦ 严重凝血障碍；⑧ 门静脉海绵样变；⑨ 资料不全者（包括脾脏切除患者）

Exclusion criteria：

① Moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension; ② End-stage liver disease score (MELD) > 18 points or Child-Pugh score >13 points; ③ Severe right heart failure; (4) Diffuse malignant tumor of liver; ⑤ Polycystic liver; ⑥ Biliary obstruction; ⑦ Severe clotting disorder; ⑧ portal vein spongiosis; ⑨ Incomplete data (including splenectomy patients)
