研究目的：

PATZ1 重排的 CNS 肿瘤（PATZ1-CNS 肿瘤）尚未被纳入 2021 年 WHO 中枢神经系统肿瘤分类，由于其组织病理学的高度异质性，形态谱包括胶质神经元肿瘤、星形母细胞瘤、室管膜瘤、胶质母细胞瘤、多形性黄色星形细胞瘤和胶质肉瘤。 迄今为止，关于此类肿瘤临床和放射学特征以及生物学行为的信息有限。该研究的目的是获得有关其临床病理学相关性的准确数据，并有助于了解其生物学行为，为治疗提供线索。  

Objectives of Study：

PATZ1-fusion CNS tumors have not been included in the 2021 WHO classification of central nervous system tumors and due to their high histopathological heterogeneity, the morphological profile includes glial neuronal tumors, astroblastomas, ependymomas, glioblastomas, pleomorphic xanthoastrocytomas, and gliosarcomas. To date, there is limited information on the clinical and radiological characteristics and biological behavior of such tumors. The aim of the study is to obtain accurate data on its clinicopathological relevance and to help understand its biological behavior, providing clues for treatment.
