验证和完善“ESF1及MIPEP通过抑制细胞铁死亡从而调控乳腺癌生长”的科学假说  

Objectives of Study：

To verify and refine the scientific hypothesis that "ESF1 and MIPEP regulate the growth of breast cancer by inhibiting ferroptosis in cells.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

拟调取中山大学肿瘤防治中心原发性乳腺癌患者的乳腺肿瘤组织标本及其正常乳腺组织标本 300 例 （1）本院病理确诊为乳腺癌 （2）已同意标本归医院研究使用

Inclusion criteria

It is planned to collect breast tumor tissue specimens and normal breast tissue specimens from 300 primary breast cancer patients at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. (1) The patients have been pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer in this hospital. (2) They have consented to the use of their specimens for hospital research.

排除标准：

（1）患有特殊类型疾病，例如 AIDS、SLE 等 （2）标本采集前进行过新辅助治疗

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria include: (1) Patients with special types of diseases, such as AIDS, SLE, etc. (2) Specimens collected after neoadjuvant therapy.
