研究目的：

1主要目的 通过回顾性分析我院肝脓肿患者病例资料，明确我院肝脓肿病原学分布特征及其特点，为快速经验性判断病原菌、经验性抗感染治疗、预测耐药性提供数据支持，有利于改善患者病情、减轻细菌耐药。 2 次要目的 （1）通过回顾性采集分析我院肝脓肿患者病例资料，探讨CCI指数是否与肝脓肿患者病原菌耐药性、预后相关，为后期开展研究肝脓肿患者免疫相关研究提供数据支持。 （2）通过回顾性采集分析我院肝脓肿患者临床数据和实验室指标，探讨肝脓肿出现脓毒症、脓毒性休克的危险因素，建立肝脓肿高危预测模型，有利于急诊早期识别，从而及时采取治疗措施，改善临床结果。  

Objectives of Study：

1 Main purpose By retrospectively analysing the case data of patients with liver abscess in our hospital, to clarify the characteristics of the distribution of liver abscess pathogenesis and its characteristics, to provide data support for the rapid empirical judgment of pathogenic bacteria, empirical anti-infective treatment, and the prediction of drug resistance, which is conducive to the improvement of patients' conditions and the alleviation of bacterial drug resistance. 2 Secondary objectives (1) Through retrospective collection and analysis of case data of patients with liver abscess in our hospital, to explore whether CCI index is related to drug resistance and prognosis of pathogenic bacteria in patients with liver abscess, so as to provide data support for the later development of research on immunity-related studies in patients with liver abscess. (2) By retrospectively collecting and analysing the clinical data and laboratory indexes of patients with liver abscess in our hospital, we explored the risk factors for the emergence of sepsis and septic shock in liver abscess, and established a high-risk prediction model for liver abscess, which is conducive to the early identification of emergencies, so that we can take timely therapeutic measures to improve the clinical outcome.
