研究目的：

观察山莨菪碱片用于防治马来酸吡咯替尼在早期或晚期 HER-2 阳性乳腺癌治疗导致的腹泻的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of anisodamine tablets in the prevention and treatment of diarrhea caused by pyrrolitinib maleate in early or late HER-2 positive breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18 周岁； 2. 病理学检测证实的 HER-2 阳性浸润性乳腺癌 ； 注：HER-2 表达阳性指由参研中心医院病理科进行的原发灶或转移灶的病理检测/复核中，至少一次有肿瘤细胞免疫组化染色强度为3＋或经荧光原位杂交技术[FISH]确认阳性者。 3. 计划接受吡咯替尼进行早期或晚期治疗 ； 4. 治疗期间有可溯源的病史记录 ； 5.自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意，有良好的依从性并愿意配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years old;
2. HER-2 positive invasive breast cancer confirmed by pathology;
1.Note: HER-2 positive expression refers to at least one immunohistochemical staining intensity of tumor cells with 3+or confirmed positive by fluorescence in situ hybridization technology [FISH] in the pathological examination/review of the primary or metastatic lesions conducted by the pathology department of the participating center hospital. 3. Plan to receive early or late treatment with pyrrolitinib;
4. There is a traceable medical history record during the treatment period;
5. Voluntarily participate in this study, sign informed consent, have good compliance, and are willing to cooperate with follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 未签署知情同意书； 2. 妊娠期、哺乳期女性患者，有生育能力且基线妊娠试验检测阳性的女性患者或在整个试验期间不愿意采取有效避孕措施的育龄女性患者； 3. 研究者认为患者不适合参加本研究的其他任何情况。 如根据研究者的判断，有严重的危害患者安全、或影响患者完成研究的伴随疾病（包括但不限于药物无法控制的严重高血压、严重的糖尿病、活动性感染等）； 4.山莨菪碱片禁忌症患者； 5.既往有明确的神经或精神障碍史，包括癫痫或痴呆。研究者认为患者不适合参加本研究的其他任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to sign informed consent form;
2. Pregnant and lactating female patients, female patients with fertility and positive baseline pregnancy test results, or female patients of reproductive age who are unwilling to take effective contraceptive measures throughout the trial period;
3. The researcher believes that the patient is not suitable to participate in any other circumstances of this study. For example, according to the investigator's judgment, there are concomitant diseases that seriously endanger the patient's safety or affect the patient's completion of the study (including but not limited to serious hypertension, serious diabetes, active infection, etc. that cannot be controlled by drugs);
4. Patients with contraindications to anisodamine tablets;
5. Have a clear history of neurological or psychiatric disorders, including epilepsy or dementia. The researchers believe that the patient is not suitable to participate in any other circumstances of this study.
