研究目的：

1. 主要目的：制定鼻咽癌患者放疗毒性反应的多学科干预方案并开展干预方案的效果评价。 2. 次要目的：为提高患者治疗依从性、提升生活质量、改善患者健康结局提供理论及实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary aim: to construct and evaluate the multidisciplinary intervention program for radiation-induced toxic reactions among patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 2. Secondary outcome: to provide theoretical and practical references for improving treatment adherence, quality of life, and healthy outcomes of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经病理检查确诊为鼻咽癌的患者； 2. 年龄18~80 岁，初次接受放射治疗； 3. 了解自身病情，能进行正常的语言交流； 4. 了解研究目的，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Aged between18~80 years old, and firstly receive radiotherappy; 3. Being aware of disease conditions and able to communicate normally; 4. Understanding the aims of the study and volunteer to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1. 其他部位肿瘤转移到鼻咽部的患者； 2. 患者病情不稳定或身体虚弱，不能配合完成研究； 3. 既往有精神疾病史或有认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma secondary to other types of cancer; 2. Patients who are in unstable condition or too weak to finish th study; 3. Patients who have mental disease history or cognitive diseases.
