Objectives of Study：

Determine the role of a new patient education approach-the AI chatbot for improving postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with severe scoliosis.

纳入标准：

1.重度脊柱侧弯，Cobb角度>90°； 2.在全身麻醉下行脊柱后路融合矫形手术的患者； 3.年龄18-65岁。

Inclusion criteria

Severe scoliosis with a Cobb angle of> 90; Patients undergoing posterior spinal fusion orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia; Age was 18 – 65 years old.

排除标准：

1.临床资料不全； 2.Cobb角度<90°

Exclusion criteria：

Incomplete clinical data; A Cobb angle of <90
