1、验证肝星状细胞诱导肝纤维化的全新分子。 2、阐明该分子诱导细胞增殖、迁移和线粒体自噬的全新机制。 3、成功建模胆道闭锁小鼠模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the novel molecules of hepatic stellate cells inducing liver fibrosis. 2. Elucidate the novel mechanisms of cell proliferation, migration and mitochondrial autophagy induced by this molecule. 3. Successful modeling of biliary atresia mouse model.

纳入标准：

选择住院的符合胆道闭锁和胆总管囊肿诊断标准的患儿

Inclusion criteria

The hospitalized children meeting the diagnostic criteria of biliary atresia and choledochal cyst were selected

排除标准：

合并其他遗传代谢病的胆汁淤积症患儿

Exclusion criteria：

Children with cholestasis associated with other inherited metabolic diseases

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例记录表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双击录入，之后对数据库进行两边比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Baced on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case record form in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
