研究目的：

1.观察超声引导下星状神经节阻滞对腹腔镜手术患者术后恢复质量的影响； 2.根据研究结果优化腹腔镜手术围术期多模式镇痛方案  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block on postoperative recovery quality of laparoscopic patients; 2. According to the study results, the perioperative multi-modal analgesia program of laparoscopic surgery was optimized

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期全麻下行腹腔镜手术的患者 2.年龄18~90岁 3.ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ级

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under elective general anesthesia 2. Age 18-90 years old 3.ASA Grade I ~ III

排除标准：

1. 慢性阿片类药物成瘾或使用任何镇痛药物>3个月或长期酗酒者 2. 术前存在睡眠障碍，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI＞5分） 3. 对本研究方案中所涉及到药物有使用禁忌或过敏 4. 存在神经阻滞禁忌证 5. 存在精神疾病或其他原因无法配合量表或疼痛评估者 6. 患者或委托人拒绝签署知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic opioid addiction or use of any pain medication >3 months or chronic alcoholism 2. Preoperative sleep disorder, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI > 5 points) 3. There are contraindications or allergies to the drugs involved in this study protocol 4. There is contraindication of nerve block 5. There is a mental illness or other reason to be unable to cooperate with the scale or pain assessment 6. Patient or client refuses to sign informed consent.
