研究目的：

本研究旨在通过检测有生育愿望的男性感染SARS-CoV-2病毒后1-6个月内的精液质量变化,确定COVID-19对精子质量的影响,并评估完全恢复所需的时间。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is designed to determine the impact of COVID-19 on sperm quality and evaluate the duration required for full recovery by examining semen quality variations within 1-6 months after SARS-CoV-2 virus infection among males with fertility aspirations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 20 ~ 45岁男性； 2. 2022年4月至2023年1月期间曾就诊于我院生殖医学科； 3. 2022年12月至2023年1月期间曾感染新冠并已转阴（两次检验报告阴性）； 4. 自愿参与，并同意签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Males aged 20 to 45; 2. Patients who visited our reproductive medicine department from April 2022 to January 2023; 3. Patients who were infected with COVID-19 from December 2022 to January 2023 and have recovered (two negative test reports); 4. Voluntary participation with agreement to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 无新冠感染病史； 2. 重度少精症、弱精症、畸形精子症或无精症； 3. 曾接受输精管结扎术或前列腺手术； 4. 射精功能障碍； 5. 严重基础病（严重的心脑血管疾病、代谢性疾病及内分泌疾病）； 6. 其他不育因素（隐睾，生殖器损伤或畸形，染色体异常）； 7. 拒绝提供精液者； 8. 拒绝签署知情同意书者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. No history of COVID-19 infection; 2. Severe oligospermia, asthenospermia, teratospermia, or azoospermia; 3. Patients who have undergone vasectomy or prostate surgery; 4. Patients who have ejaculatory dysfunction; 5. Severe underlying diseases (severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, and endocrine diseases); 6. Other infertility factors (cryptorchidism, genital injury or malformation, chromosomal abnormalities); 7. Individuals who refuse to provide semen samples; 8. Individuals who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
