纳入标准：

1: 年龄 18 岁以上 2: 有胰腺导管腺癌术后病理 3: 无其他原发恶性肿瘤病史 4: 术前无抗肿瘤治疗史 5: 随访时间超过 24 个月 6: 有完整的临床病理资料

Inclusion criteria

1: Age 18 and above 2: Postoperative pathology of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma 3: No history of other primary malignant tumors 4: No history of preoperative antitumor therapy 5: No history of preoperative antitumor therapy 6: Complete clinical pathology data available
