本研究回顾分析帕金森病患者脑深部电刺激术术前脑电特征及事件相关电位，探究其与术后谵妄的关系，探究脑电在预测术后谵妄的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study retrospectively analyzes the preoperative electroencephalographic (EEG) characteristics and event-related potentials of patients with Parkinson's disease undergoing deep brain stimulation (DBS) to investigate their relationship with postoperative delirium. The study aims to explore the potential of EEG in predicting postoperative delirium.

纳入标准：

1: 年龄50-75岁，诊断为帕金森病拟行脑深部电极植入术者

Inclusion criteria

1: Age 50-75 years, diagnosed with Parkinson's disease with deep brain stimulation

排除标准：

1: 明确诊断为存在其他神经系统疾病，如阿尔茨海默病、特发性震颤、癫痫等 2: 酗酒、吸毒或严重精神疾病 3: 严重的心、肝、肾 等重要脏器疾病 4: 经美国精神疾病诊断标准（DSM-Ⅴ）诊断为痴呆 5: 其他研究者认为不适合纳入者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Clearly diagnosed as other neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, essential tremor, epilepsy 2: alcohol, drug use or serious mental illness 3: serious heart, liver, kidney, and other important organ diseases 4: diagnosed as dementia according to the US Standard for Diagnostic of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) 5: considered eligible by other investigators
