研究目的：

观察本森放松技术对肺癌手术患者PFS症状群的应用效果；为本森放松技术在肺癌手术患者中的应用和推广提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the application effect of Benson relaxation technique on PFS symptom clusters in lung cancer surgery patients; to provide clinical basis for the application and promotion of Benson relaxation technique in lung cancer surgery patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床诊断为原发性非小细胞肺癌 2.行胸腔镜肺叶切除术 3.年龄≥18 周岁 4.患者知情同意，自愿参加研究

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical diagnosis of primary non-small cell lung cancer 2. Undergo thoracoscopic lobectomy 3. Age ≥ 18 years old 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

1.合并其他癌症或严重基础疾病，病情危重 2.既往有精神疾病或认知障碍影响研究进行 3.正在参与其他临床研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbidities with other cancers or serious underlying diseases in critical condition 2. Previous mental illness or cognitive impairment affecting the conduct of the study 3. Participating in other clinical studies

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The generation of the randomized sequence will be the responsibility of the study's independent statistician to ensure a fair and unbiased allocation process. The statistician is not involved in patient recruitment, intervention or assessment within the study team. A computer-generated list of random numbers will be used to create the random sequence. A staggered block randomization method will be used with a block size of 4.
