Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of different forms of football side games on lower limb performance.

纳入标准：

无重大健康问题，如心脏病、糖尿病等 非足球运动员，或具有一定运动基础但非专业足球运动员。 下肢关节无明显功能障碍，能够完成基本的下肢运动测试。 自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书。 能够按照研究计划参加所有训练和测试活动。

Inclusion criteria

No major health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, etc Non-football players, or non-professional football players with a certain athletic foundation. There was no significant dysfunction of the lower limb joints, and the patient was able to complete the basic lower limb motor test. They voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form. Can according to the research plan attend all training and testing activities.

排除标准：

专业足球运动员或长期参与足球训练的个体。 有下肢关节或肌肉的明显损伤，可能影响测试结果。 有心脏病、糖尿病等重大健康问题。 正在使用可能影响下肢表现的药物，如类固醇等。 有严重的心理问题，可能影响训练和测试的参与度。 无法保证参与所有训练和测试活动的个体

Exclusion criteria：

Professional football players or individuals involved in football training for a long time. Having significant lower limb joint or muscle injury may affect the test results. Have heart disease, diabetes, and other major health problems. Using drugs may affect the performance of lower limbs, such as steroids, etc. There are severe psychological problems that may affect participation in training and testing. There is no guarantee that all participate in the training and testing activities of individuals.
