研究目的：

基于回顾性研究，获取真实患者数据，探讨合并桥本甲状腺炎与甲状腺乳头状癌发生的关联性以及其对中央区淋巴结转移的影响分析，为今后甲状腺癌及桥本甲状腺炎的治疗提供相关的临床资料与参考。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, based on real patient data, the correlation between Hashimoto's thyroiditis and papillary thyroid carcinoma was investigated through retrospective analysis, and the related factors affecting central lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma were further analyzed. It will provide valuable clinical guidance and reference for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer and Hashimoto thyroiditis in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①首次行甲状腺癌根治术；②术后病理确诊为甲状腺乳头状癌；③既往无甲状腺及颈部淋巴结疾病史；④未合并其他恶性肿瘤病史；⑤具有完整临床及病理资料。

Inclusion criteria

1. Radical thyroidectomy was performed for the first time. 2. The postoperative pathological diagnosis was papillary thyroid carcinoma; 3. No previous history of thyroid and cervical lymph node disease; 4. no history of other malignant tumors; 5. Complete clinical and pathological data.

排除标准：

①甲状腺转移癌；②术后病理合并滤泡状癌、髓样癌等其他类型的甲状腺癌；③既往曾有甲状腺及颈部淋巴结疾病史；④既往曾有其他恶性肿瘤病史，或目前合并其他恶性肿瘤病史；⑤临床及病理资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Thyroid metastatic carcinoma; 2. Postoperative pathology complicated with follicular cancer, medullary cancer and other types of thyroid cancer; 3. Previous history of thyroid and cervical lymph node disease; 4. Previous history of other malignant tumors, or current history of other malignant tumors; 5. Incomplete clinical and pathological data.
