研究目的：

检验虚拟现实辅助的心理干预是否能有效降低焦虑大学生焦虑症的焦虑水平、压力、负面情绪、自然亲近度和正念程度。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine whether virtual reality based nature therapy with mindfulness guidance can effectively reduce anxiety symptoms, stress, negative emotions, while improving their mindfulness, emotion regulation, and subjective nature relatedness in anxious college students.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1)年满18岁的在校大学生 2)贝克焦虑量表得分不低于8分 3)广泛性焦虑量表得分不低于5分

Inclusion criteria

1) College students over 18 years old 2) Beck Anxiety Scale > 8 points 3) Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale > 5 points

排除标准：

1)患有严重的视力障碍、听力障碍 2)3个月内被确诊为其他严重的精神疾病 3)1个月内服用过精神类药物

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe visual impairment and hearing impairment 2) Diagnosed with other serious mental illness within 3 months 3) Have taken psychotropic drugs within 1 month
