研究目的：

本研究旨在通过可穿戴智能手表在活动性类风湿关节炎（RA）患者中的使用，利用手表在整个治疗过程中采集的多模态数据来动态监测RA患者疾病活动度对生活质量的影响，同时通过生活质量评估问卷的评价结果来校准智能手表的收集参数和模型，使手表收集的数据能够反映RA患者的疾病活动度对生活质量的影响，实现通过穿戴智能手表来协助类风湿关节炎管理的目标。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to dynamically monitor the impact of disease activity on the quality of life of patients with active rheumatoid arthritis through wearable smart watches, using multimodal data collected throughout the treatment process. The evaluation results of the generic questionnaire assessing the quality of life are utilized to calibrate the parameters and models of smart watches so that the data collected by the watch can reflect the impact of disease activity on the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and assist in managing rheumatoid arthritis by wearing smart watches.

纳入标准：

自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书
年龄 ≥ 18岁，男性或女性
经医生确诊为类风湿关节炎，符合1987年ACR的RA分类标准或2010年ACR/EULAR的RA分类标准
RA病情活动（DAS28-CRP > 2.6 或 CDAI > 2.8）

Inclusion criteria

Participants who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form
Participants aged over18 years old, including male and female
Participants who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis by physicians and satisfied the classification by the 1987 American College of Rheumatology and the 2010 American College of Rheumatology/European League against Rheumatism criteria

排除标准：

不能配合在研究期间保持穿戴手表
因为禁忌不能规范按指南治疗，如结核活动期患者
近3个月内或正在参加临床试验
存在其他研究者判断不适合入组的情况

Exclusion criteria：

Participants who are unable to cooperate in wearing the watch during the study
Participants who cannot be treated according to the guidelines due to contraindications, such as patients with active tuberculosis
Participants who have been participating in a clinical trial within the past 3 months or is participating in another clinical trial
Other situations in which participants are judged by other researchers to be ineligible for participating the study
