研究目的：

恶性骨肿瘤好发于青少年人群，治疗周期长，预后差，严重影响患儿及其家庭的生活质量。国家高度重视恶性骨肿瘤患儿的诊治工作，明确提出需为患儿提供有效的健康照护管理。目 前，相关研究主要关注疾病本身诊治及患儿心理、生存质量等，对患儿及父母之间的互动与患儿家庭状况的研究较少，已有的研究仅聚焦于父母心理体验方面。前期研究发现部分父母无法 处理家庭面临的困境，存在健康照护方面的困惑，影响了患儿的康复。从家庭层面出发，为患儿提供系统科学的健康照护模式是亟待解决的问题，但相关研究比较匮乏。本研究转换视角， 从积极心理学角度出发，在中国以家庭为重的文化背景下，以Walsh的家庭抗逆力理论为基础，通过现况调查、质性访谈、专家咨询等研究方法，构建恶性骨肿瘤患儿健康照护干预方案， 并开展实证研究，形成科学规范的健康照护模式。以期解决恶性骨肿瘤患儿的家庭困境，促进家庭调适，使患儿得到有效照护，从而提高恶性骨肿瘤患儿生存质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Malignant bone tumors often occur in adolescents, with long treatment cycle andpoor prognosis, which seriously affects the quality of life of children and theirfamilies. The government attaches great importance to the diagnosis and treatment of children with malignant bone tumors, and clearly puts forward the need to provide effective health care management for children. At present, relevant studies mainly focus on the diagnosis and treatment of the disease itself and the psychology and quality of life of children. There are few studies on the interaction between children and their parents and the family status of children. The existing studies only focus on the psychological experience of parents.Previous studies found that some parents were unable to deal with the difficulties faced by their families, and there were puzzles in health care, which affected the rehabilitation of children. From the family level, providing systematic and scientific health care model for children is an urgent problem to be solved, but there is a lack of relevant research. From the perspective of positive psychology, based on Walsh's family resilience theory, this study constructs a health care intervention plan for children with malignant bone tumors from the perspective of positive psychology, and carries out empirical research to form a scientific and standardized health care model. The aim of this study is to improve the quality of life of children with malignant bone tumors.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患儿纳入标准:（1）明确确诊为恶性骨肿瘤者，年龄在18周岁以下；
2.（2）经解释同意参与本研究；（3）无精神疾病及合并其他严重疾病。照顾者的纳入标准:（1）承担主要照护责任的家庭成员，即24小时照顾时间最长、承担照顾任务最重者；
3.（2）年龄≥18岁，能够配合调查；
4.（3）经解释同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion criteria for pediatric patients: (1) those who are clearly diagnosed with malignant bone tumors and are under the age of 18;
2.(2) Agreed to participate in this study after explanation;
3.(3) No mental illness or other serious illnesses. The inclusion criteria for caregivers include: (1) family members who bear the primary care responsibility, namely those who have the longest 24-hour care time and the heaviest care tasks;
4.(2) Age ≥ 18 years old, able to cooperate with the survey;
5.(3) Agreed to participate in this study after explanation.

排除标准：

1.排除标准：（1）患儿有精神障碍或严重并发症；（2）家庭合并其它重大创伤事件；
2.（3）照顾者为专业陪护人员。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria: (1) The child has mental disorders or serious complications;
2.(2) Family merger with other major traumatic events;
3.(3) Caregivers are professional caregivers.
