研究目的：

对比两种入路ESPB与PVB后局麻药扩散范围及感觉阻滞的效果；研究两种入路ESPB作用机制；探讨更加安全有效的PVB替代方法，为临床选择提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the diffusion range and sensory blockade effect of local anesthetics after ESPB and PVB with two different approaches; Study the mechanism of action of ESPB through two different pathways; Exploring safer and more effective alternative methods for PVB, providing a basis for clinical selection

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.手术前使用CT引导行肺结节穿刺定位术；
3.自愿参加且签署了知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 18 years old;
2.CT guided puncture localization of pulmonary nodules before surgery;
3.Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.孕妇、备孕期、哺乳期妇女； 2.对碘、局麻药物过敏者； 3.甲状腺功能亢进者； 4.注射部位局部感染，全身感染； 5.BMI＜18kg/m^2或BMI＞30kg/m^2； 6.有脊髓损伤史； 7.凝血功能障碍； 8.糖尿病； 9.研究者认为不符合标准的其他因素；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women, expectant women, and lactating women; 2.Individuals who are allergic to iodine and local anesthetic drugs; 3.Hyperthyroidism patients; 4.Local infection at the injection site, systemic infection; 5.BMI < 18kg/m^2 or BMI > 30kg/m^2; 6.History of spinal cord injury; 7.Coagulation dysfunction; 8.Diabetes; 9.Other factors that researchers believe do not meet the standards;
