研究目的：

本研究拟通过调查问卷调查的方法，了解重性精神疾病患者烟草使用情况，分析烟草使用与精神疾病患者病情、治疗及康复的关系，为制定重性精神疾病患者烟草干预措施提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to use a questionnaire survey to understand the situation of tobacco use among patients with severe mental illness, to analyse the relationship between tobacco use and the condition, treatment and recovery of patients with mental illness, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of tobacco interventions for patients with severe mental illness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合《国际疾病诊断与分类标准第11版》（ICD-11）或《中国精神疾病障碍与诊断标准第三版》（CCMD-3）诊断的六大类重性精神疾病（精神分裂症、分裂情感性障碍、偏执性精神病、双相情感障碍、癫痫所致精神障碍、精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍）； 2. 病情尚平稳，能配合完成烟草使用调查问卷； 3. 自愿参加本次烟草使用调查研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the six major categories of serious mental illnesses (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, paranoid psychosis, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorder due to epilepsy, mental retardation with mental disorder) diagnosed in the International Classification and Diagnosis of Diseases, 11th edition (ICD-11) or the Chinese Criteria for the Management and Diagnosis of Mental Disorders, 3rd edition (CCMD-3); 2. Still in stable condition, able to cooperate with Completion of the tobacco use questionnaire; 3. Voluntary participation in this tobacco use survey study;

排除标准：

1. 存沟通障碍或严重智力障碍，无法配合烟草使用调查问卷； 2. 合并严重躯体疾病； 3. 拒绝参加烟草使用调查研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Communication disorders or serious intellectual disabilities that prevent them from cooperating with the tobacco use questionnaire; 2. Comorbid serious physical illnesses; 3. Refusal to participate in the tobacco use survey study.
