研究目的：

通过前瞻性随机对照试验研究可弯负压鞘联合输尿管软镜治疗2-3cm肾结石的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Safety and efficacy of a bendable negative pressure suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of 2-3 cm renal stones studied in a prospective randomized controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18岁或以上； （2）单发、多发肾结石和/或肾盂输尿管连接部结石，CT扫描总直径为2-3cm； （3）能够按照试验方案要求完成研究； （4）对本研究知情并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18 years or above; (2) Single, multiple renal stones and/or pelvic-ureteral junction stones with a total CT scan diameter of 2-3 cm; (3) Able to complete the study as required by the trial protocol; (4) Be informed about the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）肾脏先天性或结构性异常：马蹄肾、海绵肾、多囊肾、异位肾等； （2）患侧肾脏既往开放手术病史； （3）未经控制的泌尿系感染患者； （4）患者无法理解或配合完成实验方案； （5）因健康或其他因素具有RIRS和/或PCNL手术绝对禁忌症的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Congenital or structural anomalies of the kidney: horseshoe kidney, sponge kidney, polycystic kidney, ectopic kidney, etc; (2) History of previous open surgery on the affected kidney; (3) Patients with uncontrolled urinary tract infection; (4) Patients unable to understand or cooperate in completing the experimental protocol; (5) Patients with absolute contraindications to RIRS and/or PCNL surgery due to health or other factors.
